Ketorolac tromethamine

 Ketorolac tromethamine is a one kind of non steroidal anti inflamatory drug usually to treat severe pain and inflamation. It blocks prostaglandin synthesis and therefore inhibits pain and inflamation. Ketorolac is considered as a faster pain relieving agent. Because it relieves pain very rapidly than any other NSAID.

Ketorolac should be taken parenterally as well as orally. If oral dose is taken then it should be 4 to 6 hours gap of administration.

Very important fact of ketorolac is that at the innitial state of pain it works better, but if pain is allowed to be worsen then it may not work better.

Pain induced arthritis is not curable with ketorolac tromethamine.

Diarrhoea, Stomach upset, vomittig, nausia are the common side effect of ketorolac. Ketorolac should not be taken with other NSAID. 

It should taken with food in order to reduce the chance of stomach upset and stomach bleeding. 

It should not take more than 5 days longer.

Omeprazole

 Omeprazole is a drug of PPI class used to treat Gastric ulcer, heart burn, GERD. It is one kind of Proton pump inhibitor. Proton pump inhibitors are these kinds of drug that inhibits hydrogen pottassium atpase enzyme and inhibits HCl reflax from the parital cell of stomach. Hydrochloric acid is a necessary acid for digestion. When HCl releases excessively from parital cell of stomach then the condition is called acidity. Usually antacid is used to recover acidity. Antacid works by nutralising acid by nutralization reaction and reduces the amount of acid in stomach. On the other hand PPI works by inhibiting proton pump of stomach that releases Hydrogen positive ion that reacts with chloride ion and produces HCl.
